All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your appointment slot and compensate for reserved time.
Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in loss of deposit.
Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in deposit forfeiture.
Refunds are only considered in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Mumsy Braids Studio.
One reschedule may be permitted depending on availability.
